Ska Brewing Modus Mandarina IPA

A unique twist on Modus Hoperandi, this citrus IPA is dry-hopped with a generous portion of Mandarina Bavaria hops and brewed with sweet orange peels. Steak, burgers and other grilled or smoked meats. Especially with a citrus marinade or sauce. Indian curries spiced with tamarind and coriander, Thai and Mexican dishes with spicy and citrus components. Desserts with orange and caramel overtones like orange creme caramels or flan, or even an orange cheesecake.
