The 2022 Pinot Blanc is made from two Auxerrois parcels planted in 1943 and 1946 and one Pinot Blanc parcel planted in the 1960s on the granitic soils of Niedermorschwihr but with more topsoil. The nose is totally creamy, almost powdery and serene. Lovely highlights of ripe Mirabelle are bedded on this smooth powderiness of the palate. Freshness tones the finish of this medium-bodied, smooth, bright wine. (Bone-Dry)
