richness to the wine from the barrel fermentation, but the minerality keeps the wine fresh. This smart smooth wine will continue to evolve for a good while yet. Can definitely stand up to white meat dishes such as roast pork.

What an attractive albillo real with appealing pebbly minerality. Flinty, with wet stones, creamy white fruit and seashells. Pure and composed on the palate, with a medium body and a pretty long and serenely minerally finish. A very fine albillo. Delicious now, but can hold.
