Enfield Wine Co. Citrine Chardonnay 2023

This wine exhibits a balance of tropical fruit and foral aromatics with surprising acid and a subtle creaminess. It is juicy, mineral, a little bit saline and shows some savory notes on the finish. Intense on the palate but not heavy and showing nice finesse, this wine is distinctly Californian with nice lift, similar to what we would expect from Chardonnay from southern Burgundy.
